WHY YOU SHOULD TAKE UP WORKOUT DURING YOUR PERIODS
It is very common to get a feeling of ditching the workout on the very first day of your periods. Exercising during periods seems to be a very crazy idea when your body already endures uncomfortable sensations during your mensuration cycle. It is always a concern to feel why squat during periods when you have a fear of leakage.
Ironically, exercising during periods rescues you from the PMS and increases the oxygen supply to the muscles. The addition of endorphins that comes from excersice helps to improve sleep and boosts the metabolism which goes hay we during periods.
When I took up different workout regimes, I found it helped me combat my period’s pain, eased my discomfort and made me feel happier! The misconception that workout should be light if any, during mensuration too is wrong. You can go for your regular running, Gym workouts, weight training, or dance workouts without any problem.

I had faced very irregular periods in the past when I was not into working out or any physical activity. It used to be so frustrating. After around 3 months of exercising, I saw a drastic change in my cycle which became so regular. Ever since then I have never faced an issue of having irregular cycle. It is best to combine your excersice with the healthy diet to give you best results.
